eMedia Music can provide base level support for all products sold through our website; however, we are not the official resource for technical support on most non-eMedia products. Contact our technical support department for base level technical support.

If you have questions about features in upcoming versions or we were unable to answer your questions about non-eMedia products, please contact the product’s development team directly.

TimeStretch is distributed in North America exclusively by eMedia Music, but we do not produce nor develop the underlying software. If you encounter problems, please contact Prodipe/IPE Music.

If you are fluent in French, you may be able to receive telephone tech support at (+33) (0) 2 51 32 20 35 (US residents will need to dial 011). Please note that Prodipe/IPE Music is based in France (GMT +2) and may not share the same working hours as your time zone.
