eMedia Music can provide base level support for all products sold through our website; however, we are not the official resource for technical support on most non-eMedia products. Contact our technical support department for base level technical support.

EarMaster® is distributed in North America exclusively by eMedia Music, but we do not produce nor develop the underlying software. If you encounter problems, please contact Earmaster ApS.
